Ingrédients
- 1 x 250g pouch of Merchant Gourmet Whole Chestnuts
- 80ml oat milk (or any milk of choice)
- 180g dark chocolate
- 140g maple syrup
- Sprinkle of salt
Méthode
- Put the Chestnuts and salt in a food processor and blend until you have a fine dust.
- Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan of boiling water on a medium heat. Stir for a couple of minutes to melt completely.
- Pour the melted chocolate, maple syrup and plant-based milk into the blender and blitz until smooth and creamy.
- Pour your Chestnutella into a jar and generously drizzle over your pancakes. Store any leftovers in the fridge and eat within 7 days. Enjoy!
