UK orders (excluding Northern Ireland)
All orders will be sent via standard UK delivery (£2.99). Please allow 3-5 working days from dispatch for your order to arrive.
Orders are processed Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. All orders will be dispatched the next working day.
Your dispatch email will include a tracking number so you can follow your orders journey.
Delivery is free for all orders over £30.
International delivery
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to Northern Ireland or anywhere outside of the UK. This is something we're working on and hope to be able to offer in the future.
Cancellations
Orders are picked and packed shortly after they are placed so we cannot change or cancel orders. If your order arrives and you are still unsatisfied, please email hello@merchant-gourmet and we will take it from there.
Returns
Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to offer returns. If however, you have a problem or are unsatisfied with your order in any way, please send an email to hello@merchant-gourmet.com and we will try our best to make it up to you.
