Good to know!
You can shape the stuffing into small patties which go perfectly in our leftover sandwich recipe.

I’m looking for a recipe for stuffing that uses your chestnut puree rather than whole chestnuts. Obviously I should have bought whole chestnuts but now I need to use the puree. We are having turkey but, ideally, the stuffing should be vegetarian and gluten-free.
