Baked Camembert with Chestnuts & Chutney

Nothing beats a warm, gooey baked Camembert, topped with chestnuts and chutney. Serve with crusty bread for dipping.

Ingredients

  • 1 whole camembert 
  • 1 pouch of Merchant Gourmet Chestnuts, chopped
  • 3 tbsp red onion chutney
  • 1 sprig of rosemary

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C. 
  2. In a bowl, mix together the chestnuts and red onion chutney. Remove the packaging and camembert paper and place it in an ovenproof dish. 
  3. Top with the mix, spread evenly and add the rosemary.
  4. Keep ⅓ of the mix to spoon on top of the melting cheese and bread.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, then serve with crackers or crusty bread.
