Ingredients
- 1 block extra-firm tofu, pressed and cubed
- 1 tsp all purpose seasoning
- 1 tbsp mixed herbs
- 1 tbsp jerk seasoning
- 2 tbsp cornflour
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tbsp agave or brown sugar
- 1 tbsp jerk seasoning (adjust to taste)
- ½ lime zest
- 1 lime juiced
- 1 x 250g pouch of Merchant Gourmet Mango Chilli & Lime Rice

Instructions
- Tear your block of tofu into bite size pieces into a bowl.
- Marinade with all purpose, mixed herbs and jerk seasoning and mix well to combine.
- Drizzle over the olive oil and mix well then sprinkle over the corn flour.
- Mix again until all the tofu is coated well and place in the air fryer at 200°C for 15 minutes.
- In a medium-hot pan add your bbq sauce, jerk marinade, agave & lime juice and mix well well until combined and thick.
- Remove the tofu from the air fryer and mix into the sauce and serve with your Merchant Gourmet Mango, Chilli & Lime Rice, broccoli and garnish with sesame seeds.
Good to know!
This recipe works just as well without an air fryer. Simply shallow fry your tofu in a pan with some olive oil.
