Great variety of flavours .
Another flavour packed bundle that I tend to add vegetarian sausages, Quorn or eggs to to create a quick meal, with additional vegetables lurking in the fridge vegetable rack!

Interesting bundle with great range of flavours & textures
So far only used the Persian Style Quinoa & Lentils and the Cajun Style lentils from this bundle. I used a half pack of Cajun with a half pack of Puy Lentils (from the Ingredients Bundle) alongside some Quorn to make my Lasagne base, the Cajun style lentils added a bit of a kick from chilli and the Puy Lentils added in their own nutty flavour and some bite. The Persian Style Lentils I mixed with the half pack of Cajun Style Lentils and some quorn, which I mixed together with some onions & peppers and bound with a flaxseed egg and a little pea flour to make Souvlaki served with a crunchy salad and hot minted yogurt. The hot in the yogurt came from a little added rose harissa paste. Again, all demolished before I could photograph. I think I need to batch these up, leaving some for the freezer, so I have time to take some photos of the freezer half of the batch.

Great variety, delicious & healthy at reasonable cost. Most importantly you can recycle pouches via their recycle scheme - just pop in a custom merchant gourmet postal bag and et voila! :)
