Ingredients
- 2 packs of 12 mini vol au vents
- 1 pack of Merchant Gourmet Whole Chestnuts, finely chopped
- 1 pack of mushroom, finely chopped
- 120g Stilton cheese, crumbled
- 1-2 tbsp caramelised onion chutney
Instructions
- Sauté the mushrooms for a couple of minutes, add the chestnuts and season well. Seat aside to cool down.
- Transfer the mix to a bowl and add the caramelised chutney and Stilton cheese.
- Spoon the mixture into the pastry cases and serve.
