Ingredients
- 1 pouch Merchant Gourmet Brown, Red & Wild Rice
- 2 shallots
- 3 cloves garlic, grated
- 2cm ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp miso paste
- 600ml chicken stock
- Juice ½ lime
- Handful fresh mint

- 4 chicken thighs
- ½ lime
- 1 tbsp soy
- 2 tsp five spice
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Fresh herbs
- Lime

Instructions
- Marinate the chicken for 15 minutes and fry for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through.
- In another pan, fry the ginger, garlic, shallots in sesame oil on a low heat until caramelised.
- Then add the soy sauce, miso paste, chicken stock and lime juice along with fresh herbs and wild rice. Cook everything together for 5 minutes.
- Top with pan fried chicken, chillies and herbs.
