You can never go wrong with sweet and sour. For when you’re craving that Friday night takeaway or need a comforting winter warmer, enjoy these juicy Puy Lentil ‘meatballs’ coated in that classic, sticky sauce.
3. MUSHROOM RISOTTO

See what we did there? We’ve replaced the meat with our saucy, Spicy Cajun-Style Lentils and Red Kidney Beans to make one of the nation’s favourite dinners vegan. An ultimate crowd-pleaser so be warned, if you make this dinner you must make enough for second and third helpings. It’s too good not to!
8. PEAR CHESTNUT CAKE WITH SALTED CARAMEL
Going plant-based does not mean sacrificing yummy desserts by any stretch. This indulgent pear and chestnut cake is the answer to your cosy night in and is best served with a hearty dollop of your favourite plant-based yoghurt or cream. It can also be frozen and enjoyed for even longer!
