This 5-ingredient gnocchi bake is so simple. Made using our Puy Lentil Bolognese Plant Jar - it's creamy, dreamy (and plant-based!) The whole dish can also be made in one pan, so minimal washing up!

Instructions

  1. Boil or pan-fry the gnocchi as per packet instructions (pan frying gives a crispier bite).
  2. Heat the Lentil Bolognese Plant Jar as per the instructions.
  3. Drain the gnocchi and return to the pan then add the Bolognese and crème fraiche and mix well, being careful not to overheat.
  4. Top with grated cheese, torn basil leaves and a drizzle of olive oil.
  5. Pop under the grill until the cheese bubbles for extra indulgence! Serve and eat straight away.
