  1. Begin by mixing the batter. Place the flour, cornflour and baking powder in a large bowl then pour in the water and whisk until smooth.
  2. Break the cauliflower into florets and place in the batter. If the florets are too big cut them in half. Mix the cauliflower in the batter then set aside.
  3. Fill a pan with a few centimetres of vegetables then bring up to heat. The oil is hot enough when it fizzes when the cauliflower is dropped.
  4. Cook the cauliflower in batches for about 5 minutes, gently moving around as you do so they don’t stick to one another.
  5. Once the cauliflower is cooked, transfer to a kitchen towel to drain.
  6. Place the Korean-Style Vegetables & Grains in a pan and gently heat with a splash of water.
  7. To make the sauce simply place all the ingredients into a small bowl and mix well.
  8. Place the cauliflower in a big bowl and season with salt. Then pour over the sauce and toss well, making sure everything is coated. 
  9. To plate, simply divide the vegetables and grains between two plates and top with the Korean fried cauliflower. Enjoy!
