Ingrédients
- 1 pouch of Merchant Gourmet Mexican-Style Grains
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 2 tbsp cornflour
- 1 tsp each of paprika, cumin, cayenne pepper, salt and black pepper
- Water added as needed to blend together
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (ideally Panko)
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 cup vegetable oil for frying
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 tomato
- ½ cucumber
- ½ red onion
- 1 lime, juice and zest
- 2 small chillis
- 1 handful coriander
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Pinch of salt
- Vegan brioche buns
- Tomatoes
- Lettuce

Méthode
- Blend all the ingredients for the burger mix in a food processor. Form into small patties using your hands.
- Mix the breadcrumbs and sesame seeds in a dish, then dip the patties in to cover all sides.
- Put some oil in a non-stick pan over a high heat.
- Cook the patties until brown on each side, then place on paper towel to rest.
- To make your guac, roughly chop all ingredients to same small size then mix together.
- To assemble your burger, place your patty in the brioche bun then pile high with your favourite toppings!
