Ingredients
- 1 jar of Sun-Dried Tomatoes
- 1 punnet cherry tomatoes
- 1 pack fresh basil
- 1 pack of mixed leaves with rocket
- 1 x 250g pouch of Merchant Gourmet Italian-Style Grains
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- Toasted pine nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Put the rocket leaves in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and salt and mix well until leaves coated.
- Halve the sun-dried tomatoes and cherry tomatoes.
- Mix the grains (warm or cold) into the leaves with the tomatoes.
- Top with ripped basil leaves and pine nuts if preferred.

I cannot get the Italian grains anywhere, please help?
Why has this been discontinued? I bought my first pack from the CoOp and now can’t find it anywhere.
