Ingrédients
- 3 x pouches of Merchant Gourmet Cajun-Style Lentils (750g)
- 1 tbsp light olive oil
- 3 white onions
- 2 red peppers
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 red chilli
- 1 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 1/2 tsp cumin
- 3 tbsp light soy sauce
- 100ml boiling water
- 6 corn tortillas
- ½ red cabbage
- Juice of 3 limes
- Big pinch of sea salt
- 3 tbsp agave

Méthode
- Heat the peppers in a large pan with no oil.
- Once charred, add a dash of oil and the sliced onions and garlic. Cook them down until soft.
- Add tomato paste, paprika, cumin and the Cajun Lentils to the pan.
- Combine the soy sauce and boiling water with your lentils and leave to simmer till ready to eat.
- Warm the tortillas directly over the flaming hob (or however you find easiest).
- Assemble your taco! Top with slaw and fresh coriander for best results!
