  1. Add the MG chickpeas to a food processer and blitz until you get a paste. Add the rest of the ingredients (except for the ice) and blend until fairly smooth. Add the ice cubes in and blend for a few more minutes until very smooth. Taste for seasoning!
  2. Top with the warm lentils, chopped salad, parsley and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, dunk your pita in and enjoy!
