Ingrédients

  • 1 x pouch of Merchant Gourmet Brown Red & Wild Rice
  • Roughly 600ml vegetable stock
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp miso paste
  • Soy sauce
  • 200g sliced chestnut mushrooms
  • A handful of sliced radishes
  • Fresh coriander
  • Spring onion
  • Lime
  • Fresh chilli
  • Sesame seeds
  • Chilli oil

Méthode

  1. Fry the mushrooms with a little oil, garlic & a splash of soy sauce until golden brown.
  2. Prepare the broth by mixing 1 tbsp miso paste with vegetable stock, adding soy sauce to taste for extra flavour.
  3. Microwave the rice according to the packet instructions. Place the rice in a bowl and gradually pour over the broth. Top with the sautéed mushrooms, thinly sliced radishes, fresh coriander, spring onions, fresh chilli.
  4. Drizzle with chilli oil, sprinkle with sesame seeds and a good squeeze of lime juice.
