Ingrédients
- 1 x pouch of Merchant Gourmet Brown Red & Wild Rice
- Roughly 600ml vegetable stock
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp miso paste
- Soy sauce
- 200g sliced chestnut mushrooms
- A handful of sliced radishes
- Fresh coriander
- Spring onion
- Lime
- Fresh chilli
- Sesame seeds
- Chilli oil
Méthode
- Fry the mushrooms with a little oil, garlic & a splash of soy sauce until golden brown.
- Prepare the broth by mixing 1 tbsp miso paste with vegetable stock, adding soy sauce to taste for extra flavour.
- Microwave the rice according to the packet instructions. Place the rice in a bowl and gradually pour over the broth. Top with the sautéed mushrooms, thinly sliced radishes, fresh coriander, spring onions, fresh chilli.
- Drizzle with chilli oil, sprinkle with sesame seeds and a good squeeze of lime juice.
