Ingrédients
- 1 pouch of Merchant Gourmet Lentil & Chickpea Tagine
- 160g couscous
- A handful of parsley, finely chopped
- Zest of 1 lemon
- ½ red onion, finely chopped
- A handful of dill, finely chopped
- 2 preserved lemon, finely chopped
- Flaked almonds, toasted
Méthode
- Cook couscous in vegetable stock and once cooked, stir through salt, pepper, half of the parsley and lemon zest.
- Combine the red onion, remaining parsley, dill and preserved lemon with a small pot of natural yogurt.
- Heat the Merchant Gourmet Tagine as per the pack instructions, then serve with herby couscous and the preserved lemon yoghurt on the side. Top with toasted flaked almonds, if you'd like.
