Ingredients
- 1 tin of butter beans (plus ¼ of the liquid)
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 pouch of Puy Lentils
- 2 tbsp tahini
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 tsp paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Taste, then add more lemon and seasoning to taste.
- If your hummus is too thick, add a little more oil and butter bean liquid until you get the desired consistency.
- Drizzle with olive oil and a sprinkle of paprika, then serve with roasted seasonal veg and fluffy pitta!
