Ingrédients
- 200g dark chocolate
- 100g milk chocolate
- 140g unsalted butter
- 1 pack Merchant Gourmet Chestnuts
- 200g ginger biscuits
- 3 tbsp golden syrup
- 80g cranberries
- 125g marshmallows
- 100g hazelnuts (or nut of choice)
Méthode
- Line a baking dish with greaseproof paper and set aside.
- Melt your chocolate and butter in a bowl voer a pan of gently boiling water and stir well.
- While this cools, add your biscuits to a bowl and crush with a potato masher - try to get a nice mix of size chunks.
- Chop up your Merchant Gourmet Chestnuts. Add to the bowl alongside your marshmallows, cranberries and nuts.
- Add in your chocolate mixture and the golden syrup. Stir well to combine.
- Pour the mix into your dish and top with some extra chestnuts, cranberries and marshmallows.
- Leave in the fridge for at least 2 hours to set before cutting.
- Cut into equal pieces and enjoy!
