I love this recipe, and it’s so quick. I use garlic granules, bottled lemon juice and only one spoon of tahini, otherwise it overpowers the lentil flavour. I pour in the lentils, spritz oil round the sides add and about 50mls water plus dried chives. Blitz, scrape mixture from sides of blender cup and add another 5 mls water. Blitz again, scrape edges blender cup and blitz again. Its a funky colour but does taste good. You could add different spices or herbs to this to make it your own. I’ve just got a one cup, one speed blender and it still works great. Thank you Merchant Gourmet for original recipe.
