Ingrédients
- 1 pack of firm tofu
- 2 tbsp cornflour
- Salt
- Pepper
- Vegetable oil
- 1 pouch of Merchant Gourmet Korean-Style Vegetables & Mixed Grains
- 3 spring onions, chopped
- Sesame seeds
Méthode
- Press the tofu to remove as much water as possible. Chop into bite sized chunks and toss in seasoned cornflour.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large frying pan and shallow fry the tofu until golden on all sides.
- Heat the Korean-Style Vegetables & Grains as per the instructions.
- Serve the grains alongside the crispy tofu, chopped spring onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
