These roasted peppers use just 5 simple ingredients but are a guaranteed crowdpleaser. Serve with a fresh green salad for a light lunch or speedy supper.

Méthode

  1. Preheat your oven to 180C.
  2. Halve the peppers vertically and remove the seeds, aiming to keep the stalks intact.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and a sprinkle of salt and pepper then place, cut side up, in a baking tray.
  4. Bake in the oven for approximately 20-25 minutes until soft.
  5. Remove and fill with the pouch of Mediterranean Grains.
  6. Top with breadcrumbs and another drizzle of olive oil. Place back into the oven for 10 mins until lightly browned and crispy on top.
  7. Serve with a side salad of your choice. Enjoy!
