Ingrédients
- 2 x 250g pouches of Merchant Gourmet Jamaican-Style Grains
- A handful of vegan cheese
- 2 tbsp cornflour
- Panko breadcrumbs
- Flour
- Almond milk
- Oil for frying
- Jerk mayo, to serve (optional)
Méthode
- Fry your Jamaican-Style Grains, cheese and cornflour in a pan until combined.
- Once cool, roll the mixture into balls and coat in seasoned flour, almond milk and Panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat some oil in your pan and fry the rice balls until golden.
- Serve with jerk mayo and enjoy!
