Ingrédients
- 1 x 30g pack Merchant Gourmet Dried Mixed Mushrooms
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 4 spring onions
- 2 carrots
- 1 pack purple sprouting broccoli
- 1 red pepper
- 2 garlic cloves
- A thumb-size piece of ginger
- 2 red chillies (dependent on the heat)
- 1 x 250g pouch Merchant Gourmet Korean-Style Grains
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp agave syrup
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp cornflour
- 1 tsp gochujang paste
- Fresh lime
- Fresh coriander
For the sauce:
Méthode
- Boil 200ml water and pour over Dried Mixed Mushrooms, leave to soak
- In a wok, heat the sesame oil
- Slice all the vegetables into similar thickness pieces or strips and add to the wok on a high heat, stirring constantly until they are starting to colour
- Add the soaked mushrooms, leaving liquid behind
- Add the pouch of Merchant Gourmet Korean-Style Grains
- Whisk the sauce ingredients together with a splash of the mushroom soaking liquid
- Add to the wok and mix together well, heating through until the sauce coats the vegetables and grains
- Serve topped with a squeeze of lime and freshly chopped coriander
