Korean-Style Veg & Grains with Crispy Tofu

Ingrédients

  • 1 bag of Merchant Gourmet frozen Korean-Style Vegetables & Mixed Grains
  • 1 pack of firm tofu
  •  2 tbsp light soy sauce 
  •  ½ tbsp sesame oil 
  • 1 tsp garlic purée (or chopped garlic) 
  •  1 tbsp cornflour (optional)  
     

Méthode

  1. Use a sharp knife to slice the tofu into small chunks and pat dry.

  2. Mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil and garlic and pour it over the tofu. Mix well and let it marinate for a few minutes, then sprinkle with cornflower if using (it will make the tofu more crispy!) and mix again before adding the tofu to the air fryer. Air fry for 15 minutes shaking half way through.

  3. Meanwhile, add the bag of Korean-Style Vegetables & Mixed Grains to a large frying pan and add a dash of water, then stir fry for around 7-8 minutes.

  4. Split the grains and vegetables into two bowls and top with the tofu. Garnish with sliced spring onions and chillies if desired.
