Ingrédients
- 1 pouch of Merchant Gourmet Spanish-Style Grains
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 red peppers
- 1 ½ tbsp smoked paprika
- 500g passata
- 1 litre of vegetable stock
- A handful of parsley
- 4 ciabatta rolls
Méthode
- Start by frying the diced onion, garlic and peppers until soft and fragrant.
- Add the smoked paprika, passata and veg stock made up to 1 litre. Bring to the boil and simmer until thick.
- Stir through the pouch of Spanish Grains and leave to simmer.
- Ladle the soup into bowls, top with fresh chopped parsley and serve with toasted ciabatta rolls.

This soup is ridiculously easy to make and tastes devine. It’s a healthy, filling bowl of sunshine. I add a tin of butter beans too…delicious!
