Ingrédients
- 2 blood oranges
- 1 pouch Merchant Gourmet Puy Lentils
- 2 red onion, very thinly sliced
- 2 large handfuls of rocket
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 80g Ricotta
- 15g mint, thinly sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Méthode
- In a large bowl, combine the Puy Lentils, red onion, rocket and extra virgin olive oil. Season well.
- Peel and slice your blood orange, removing all the pith. Add into the salad.
- Serve with ricotta, mint and a sprinkle of pepper.
