Ingrédients
- 1 x 250g pouch of Merchant Gourmet Black Dhal
- 1 x 250g pouch of Brown, Red & Wild Wholegrain Rice
- 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt
- 2 tsp harissa
- Handful of flaked almonds, toasted
- Coriander and lime wedges, to serve
Méthode
- Heat the Merchant Gourmet Black Dhal and Triple Cooked Rice pouches according to packet instructions.
- Divide the rice and dhal into two bowls then equally swirl in the coconut yoghurt and harissa.
- Top with flaked almonds, coriander then season to taste. Squeeze over the lime wedges. Serve with naan bread or samosas for a more generous meal. Dig in!
