  1. Heat the Merchant Gourmet Black Dhal and Triple Cooked Rice pouches according to packet instructions.
  2. Divide the rice and dhal into two bowls then equally swirl in the coconut yoghurt and harissa.
  3. Top with flaked almonds, coriander then season to taste. Squeeze over the lime wedges. Serve with naan bread or samosas for a more generous meal. Dig in!
