Ingrédients
- 1 pouch Merchant Gourmet Puy Lentils
- 1 pack smoked mackerel
- 3 medium sized beetroots, grated
- 250g white and red chicory
- 1 apple, sliced
- A handful of tender-stem broccoli, steamed
- A big handful of salad leaves
- Extra virgin olive oil to drizzle
- Seeds and nuts of choice to sprinkle on top, I prefer pumpkin seeds and chopped hazelnuts
- 150g crème fraiche
- 2 tbsp horseradish (from a jar)
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Horseradish dressing:
Méthode
- Put all the salad ingredients in a large bowl and combine.
- To make the dressing, mix together the crème fraiche, horseradish, lemon juice and oil in a bowl. Season well to your preferred taste and top your salad.
