Ingrédients
- 1 pack fresh gnocchi
- 1 x 330g Merchant Gourmet Puy Lentil Bolognese Plant Jar
- 100g plant-based crème fraiche
- A handful of plant-based cheese, grated
- A small handful of basil leaves
Méthode
- Boil or pan-fry the gnocchi as per packet instructions (pan frying gives a crispier bite).
- Heat the Lentil Bolognese Plant Jar as per the instructions.
- Drain the gnocchi and return to the pan then add the Bolognese and crème fraiche and mix well, being careful not to overheat.
- Top with grated cheese, torn basil leaves and a drizzle of olive oil.
- Pop under the grill until the cheese bubbles for extra indulgence! Serve and eat straight away.
