Ingrédients
- 2 aubergines
- 2-3 tbsp Very Lazy Teriyaki Paste
- 2 spring onions
- 2 chopped carrots
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 pouch of Merchant Gourmet Glorious Grains
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- Handful of frozen peas
- 2 tsp Very Lazy Chopped Garlic
- Drizzle of olive oil
- Sesame seeds to garnish
Méthode
- Preheat your grill to 180 degrees.
- Slice your aubergines lengthways into 3 slices and drizzle with olive oil on both sides.
- Cut a criss-cross pattern into the aubergines and coat with Very Lazy Teriyaki Paste.
- Place in grill for 25 minutes, turning half way.
- While these cook, fry chopped carrot, 1 chopped spring onion and the garlic with the sesame oil until soft.
- Add your pouch of Glorious Grains, frozen peas and soy sauce and stir until cooked.
- Plate up and garnish with sesame seeds and remaining spring onion.
