Ingrédients
- 1 block of tofu
- 1 tsp miso paste
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 6 baby gem lettuce wraps
- 6 tsp kimchi
- 6 tsp pickled red onion
- 1 pouch of frozen Korean-Style Veg & Mixed grains
Méthode
- Start by washing your baby gem lettuce until all of the dirt is removed.
- Stir together the honey, miso paste, sesame oil and soy sauce to form a sauce.
- Cut the tofu into cubes and coat thoroughly in the sauce.
- Fry the tofu on a medium heat until caramelised and crispy on all sides.
- Add the Korean-Style Veg & Mixed Grains to a frying pan with a little water and fry for 5-7 minutes until heated through.
- Add the grains to the lettuce wraps, followed by the miso tofu, kimchi and pickled red onion. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if you'd like and enjoy!
