Ingrédients
- 1 Merchant Gourmet pouch of Wholegrain Spelt
- 250g ricotta
- 1tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- ½ lemon zest
- 1 leek, sliced
- 1 tbsp crispy chilli oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Méthode
- Whip the ricotta with the lemon zest and oil till smooth and silky. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Gently sauté the leeks until they are cooked through, soften and start to turn golden at the edges.
- Heat the Merchant Gourmet pouch of Wholegrain Spelt according to packet instructions.
- Spread the ricotta onto your serving plate and top with the spelt, leeks and a dollop of crispy chilli oil.
